Job Description

Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Physical ability to remain on feet for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shifts
- Ability to use cleaning supplies and maintain hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Manage food quality and portion control
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
