Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Good physical stamina to handle busy work periods
  • Flexible to work in a team environment
  • Clear communication skills
  • Pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook wing orders according to Wingstop standards
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Participate in team training sessions and support development initiatives
