Employees in this position will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality meals to our guests while adhering to our health and safety standards. The job offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a starting pay of $12 per hour. Our flexible scheduling options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, accommodating various availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
As a crucial member of our kitchen team, candidates will be responsible for mastering IHOP's specialized galley terminology, plating methods, menu items, and cooking procedures. This position requires attention to detail, exceptional hygiene practices, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation.
