To qualify, candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact. Compensation is competitive, with Applebee's Cooks starting at $18 to $25 per hour plus a tip-out, which reflects the value we place on our team members' contributions. Additional benefits include Daily Pay (with the exception of California), healthcare packages, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and flexible schedules.
