The kitchen staff will be required to operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, stoves, ovens, grills, dishwashers, broilers, griddles, slicers, mixers, blenders, graters, can openers, knives, and microwaves. This operational knowledge is crucial for maintaining kitchen efficiency and food quality.\n\nMoreover, maintaining a clean and organized working environment is a core component of these positions. Employees must ensure the kitchen remains sanitary and orderly at all times to comply with health regulations and promote workplace safety. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Previous kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently cook a variety of food products
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking

- Accurately plate food items according to Native Grill & Wings Plate Presentation Specifications
- Operate all kitchen equipment safely including fryer, stove, oven, grill, dishwasher, broiler, griddle, slicers, mixers, blenders, graters, can opener, knives, microwaves
