We are currently seeking a dedicated Cook to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring that all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and quantity, thereby contributing directly to the exceptional dining experience our guests expect. As a Cook at Sethi Management, you will be responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes and yield guides, maintaining accurate inventory records, and adhering strictly to state sanitation and health regulations. Additionally, minimizing waste and managing food costs effectively are essential parts of this position. Flexibility and excellent communication skills are critical as you will be working various shifts to meet the operational needs of our establishment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Food Handler’s license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a cooking role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Ensure the proper and efficient preparation of all foods, ensuring that quality and quantity standards are met
- Maintain accurate inventory of all items
- Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guide
- Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements
- Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost
- Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
- Must have Food Handler’s license
