The position available is for a Cook, reporting directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD). This role is crucial within the kitchen operations as it involves cooking, preparing, and packaging food products in accordance with the restaurant's operational and quality standards. The Cook will be responsible for operating various kitchen stations, including the dresser, front and back swamp, grill, and food prep stations as assigned. The role demands a high level of adherence to company policies and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation areas. Cleaning duties include trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing, and proper equipment maintenance.

A key aspect of the role is the ability to multitask efficiently, manage time effectively amid irregular and flexible shift schedules, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The physical demands of the job require continuous standing, bending, and lifting of food products up to 50 pounds, including working in varying temperature environments such as near hot cooking surfaces or freezer storage areas.
