As a Panda Cook, you will support the creation of a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring that every dish is prepared according to the company’s exacting recipes and quality standards. Additionally, you will guide and assist the kitchen team, playing a crucial role in training new team members and ensuring adherence to best practices in food safety and kitchen operations. Your responsibilities also include performing all necessary back-of-house functions, which helps maintain the flow and efficiency of daily restaurant activities.

Working for Panda Restaurant Group means access to a range of employee benefits designed to support your health, well-being, and career growth. Full-time associates can benefit from comprehensive medical, vision, dental coverage, and various types of insurance including short-term disability and cancer income protection. The company also offers flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, along with 401(k) plans with company matching, paid vacation and sick leave, and special associate discounts. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Panda offers flexible schedules and a supportive environment where employees can thrive personally and professionally.
