Job Description
Wingstop is a renowned restaurant franchise specializing in delivering delectable chicken wings with a variety of bold and distinctive flavors. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, Wingstop has grown to become a leader in the fast-casual dining industry. The brand is beloved for its commitment to quality, serving classic wings, boneless wings, and tenders that are always cooked to order, hand-sauced, and tossed in fans' favorite flavors. Beyond wings, the menu features signature sides including fresh-cut, seasoned fries and freshly-made ranch and bleu cheese dips, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Our franchise operates as Wingstop's largest franchisee, proudly owning and managing over 100 Wingstop restaurants across multiple states including South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, and continuing to expand. This impressive network has earned recognition in the August 2020 edition of Franchise Times Restaurant 200, where we ranked among the biggest franchisee owners in the United States. This substantial footprint reflects our commitment to growth, community engagement, and delivering exceptional food and service.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated team members interested in advancing their careers within the vibrant food service industry. Joining our team means being part of a dynamic, fast-paced, and hands-on work environment that values teamwork and leadership development. Our organization emphasizes career advancement opportunities and provides ongoing training designed to help employees develop leadership skills and grow professionally.
Our work environment is unique; we maintain a schedule that respects major holidays by closing on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter, and intentionally do not offer curbside or drive-thru services to focus on quality in-dining experiences. Team members benefit from rotating work schedules and receive a free meal during their shift, emphasizing our appreciation for their hard work. After one year of service, employees qualify for complimentary uniforms.
Candidates can look forward to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k retirement plan with matching contributions, and paid time off. We are committed to fostering a supportive workplace that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our team members in terms of compensation, benefits, and career growth.
We are currently scheduling in-person interviews, providing a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to join the world of flavor at Wingstop. If you are eager to become part of a successful franchise with a proven track record of growth and employee development, we encourage you to apply and experience the rewarding atmosphere that has made us a leader in the wing restaurant segment.
