Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to stand without support for long periods
  • ability to walk around the kitchen frequently
  • capability to bend, stoop, and squat regularly
  • ability to push and pull equipment
  • capacity to reach above shoulder level
  • finger dexterity for handling utensils and equipment
  • occasional operation of dishwasher
  • ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds
  • good vision to see detail while cooking and cleaning
  • ability to see beyond arm’s length
  • ability to hear and communicate effectively with personnel

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen support
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Duties

  • Prepare food in accordance to specifications
  • keep station stocked before, during and after shifts
  • set up stations
  • keep floors at work area free of debris and spills
  • maintain cleanliness in the work station
  • wash dishes and take trash out to the dumpster
  • prep dough and other products for upcoming shifts
