Job Requirements
- Physical ability to stand without support for long periods
- ability to walk around the kitchen frequently
- capability to bend, stoop, and squat regularly
- ability to push and pull equipment
- capacity to reach above shoulder level
- finger dexterity for handling utensils and equipment
- occasional operation of dishwasher
- ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds
- good vision to see detail while cooking and cleaning
- ability to see beyond arm’s length
- ability to hear and communicate effectively with personnel
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen support
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance to specifications
- keep station stocked before, during and after shifts
- set up stations
- keep floors at work area free of debris and spills
- maintain cleanliness in the work station
- wash dishes and take trash out to the dumpster
- prep dough and other products for upcoming shifts
