Purdue University Dining Services is a dynamic operation committed to providing high-quality dining experiences to the Purdue campus community. This role is a Cook position based in West Lafayette, Indiana, offering an essential year-round employment opportunity within Purdue’s Dining Services. As a Cook, the successful candidate will perform various food service duties, including food production, cooking, baking, bussing, serving food, and setting up food stations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The position requires flexibility as employees rotate through different food service areas and work independently when needed. Primarily evening shifts are available, generally from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with some limited day shifts.
This full-time, benefits-eligible role involves collaboration with managers, chefs, and other food service personnel to deliver high-quality meals that meet the needs of the diverse campus community.
