Team members are assigned to specific food locations such as River Grill, Smokehouse, Ray’s Pizza, Ben’s Soft Pretzels, Taco Shack, Corney Dog Corner, Texas Treats, and Catering. They are trained comprehensively to handle equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens, and to prepare and serve food items with diligence and care.

This role requires flexibility as team members may be cross-trained or moved to other food locations within the park to meet operational needs. Working in this position provides valuable experience not only in food preparation and safety but also in customer service, communication, and teamwork. Team members learn to manage time effectively and follow health department regulations to maintain clean and sanitary workstations. The job involves standing for extended periods and occasionally working outdoors in various weather conditions, such as heat or rain.
