The Panda Cook role is a key position within the organization, serving as a leader and vital member of the kitchen team. Individuals in this role are responsible for creating delicious food with passion, offering service with heart, and enhancing the restaurant ambiance with pride. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role in a growth-oriented environment where the cook supports the preparation of all dishes according to company recipes and standards. The pay range for this position is between $23.5 and $26.5 per hour, with individual compensation determined by work location and experience. Employees must be able to meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in fast-paced, high-temperature environments. Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • preferred some operations experience
  • local or municipal food safety certification such as Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to stand for long periods
