As a Cook at The Club at Moffett Field, you will be responsible for preparing food items following established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish presented. This role goes beyond food preparation to include active participation in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, managing inventory efficiently, and supporting banquet functions and other club events. Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations are critical components of this position.

The Cook will work closely with the culinary team, including chefs and kitchen staff, fostering professional relationships to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Responsibility also extends to equipment upkeep by reporting any repair needs promptly to the chef in charge.   • Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans
  • Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product
