The Cook role at Bluestone Lane is a vital position within the kitchen team, responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling a variety of meals while ensuring compliance with established food production processes, sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards. This role requires an individual with a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment. The Cook must collaborate closely with front of house teammates to fulfill food orders promptly, aiming to achieve ticket times of 10 minutes or less. In addition to food preparation, the Cook handles ingredient prepping, inventory management, and storage procedures to maintain food quality and freshness.
