Job Requirements

Must be available 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day including holidays
Consider Keke's as your primary place of employment
Wear dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on the first day of work

Job Qualifications

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of guests
Have exceptional grooming habits

Job Duties

Prepare a variety of food items using flat top grills, char-broiler, cook top, waffle baker, Panini press and fryer
Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
Know and comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies and procedures
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including cooking and refrigeration equipment
Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
Handle, store and rotate all products properly
Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods
Open and close the kitchen properly following the closing checklist
Assist in routine kitchen cleaning and maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty
