As a Cook within ASM's Food and Beverage Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and sanitary workstation, following approved recipes and production standards diligently, and properly labeling and dating food items for storage. The Cook will contribute to minimizing waste by controlling overage and usage, assembling and finalizing the production of both hot and cold food items, and assisting with the plating of catered meals for various events. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year experience in a cook's position
- Minimum of one year of experience in banquet operations
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of all major kitchen equipment and appliances
- Must be able to identify and properly use all kitchen small wares
- Strong knowledge of state health codes and sanitation standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to execute large functions

Job Duties
