We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Panda Cook associates to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Cook at Panda, you will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, playing an essential role in creating delicious food with passion, delivering service with heart, and contributing to a vibrant ambiance with pride. This position offers a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment where your skills and enthusiasm will help build memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing menu items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. In addition to cooking, you will guide and assist in the training of the kitchen team, support back-of-house responsibilities, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role requires adaptability, precision, and endurance due to the fast-moving kitchen environment and the physical demands involved. Our team members are expected to follow local food safety regulations, including obtaining necessary certifications like Food Handler permits at their own expense. Safety and efficiency are paramount as our cooks need to manage kitchen tools such as the Chinese cooking knife and other kitchen equipment with accuracy and speed.
