Teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to service are core values that Wingstop instills in every employee, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
Wingstop is currently seeking a dedicated Cook to join their team. This role is essential to the restaurant’s daily operations, responsible for preparing quality food that tastes consistently great from day to day. The Cook will uphold company policies and procedures, particularly regarding food safety and sanitation, playing a critical role in maintaining the health standards required by the establishment. They must be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining composure during high-volume periods, and ensuring precise execution of cooking and saucing guidelines. Key responsibilities include reading and fulfilling orders accurately and timely, coordinating with team members to meet guest expectations, and contributing to a clean and safe kitchen environment. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in working hours—which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays—are critical to success in this role.
This hourly position offers competitive pay between $22 and $23 per hour, reflecting the value that Wingstop places on the skill and dedication of its cooks. Eligible employees can also enjoy a suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time workers, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and paid time off. Joining Wingstop means becoming part of a team-oriented company committed to providing a positive workplace and serving customers with excellence.
