Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or greater
- ability to stand for long periods
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic reading and comprehension skills
- physical ability to lift and move kitchen equipment
- willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures
- experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare raw chicken using the Colonel's process
- bread the chicken before cooking
- place chicken in the fryer and monitor cooking
- transfer cooked chicken to holding equipment
- clean kitchen equipment regularly
- assist team members with food preparation
- assist in kitchen cleaning duties
