Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively with others
  • physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • willingness to work in hot and damp environments
  • ability to wear protective gloves and face coverings for entire shifts
  • willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
  • commitment to health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • commitment to following safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use

Job Duties

  • prepare menu items according to restaurant standards
  • maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
  • follow health and safety protocols including use of disinfectants and protective wear
  • lift and handle kitchen equipment safely
  • manage work pace efficiently during busy periods
  • assist in inventory and stock management
