Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to wear protective gloves and face coverings for entire shifts
- willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- commitment to following safety and hygiene standards
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to restaurant standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- follow health and safety protocols including use of disinfectants and protective wear
- lift and handle kitchen equipment safely
- manage work pace efficiently during busy periods
- assist in inventory and stock management
