Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen environment
- ability to read and speak English fluently to understand recipes and communicate with team members

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food production planning
- ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
- handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care, demonstrating manual dexterity
- communicate effectively with team members in English to coordinate tasks
- lift and move kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed, including climbing stairs when required
