Job Description
Wingstop is a prominent leader in the fast-casual dining industry, specializing in serving delicious chicken wings that come in a variety of bold and distinctive flavors. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Wingstop has cultivated a loyal customer base with its commitment to quality, flavor, and customer experience. The company emphasizes freshly made, hand-sauced wings and tender menu options, along with signature sides such as fresh-cut seasoned fries and house-made dips like ranch and bleu cheese. Wingstop is dedicated to delivering an unparalleled guest experience by consistently offering made-to-order items that satisfy flavor enthusiasts across the nation.
We are proud to be Wingstop's largest franchisee, operating over 100 Wingstop locations across South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, and other growing markets. Our vast reach and continued growth have earned us a spot in the August 2020 edition of Franchise Times Restaurant 200, ranking us among the largest franchisee owners in the United States. This recognition reflects our strong operational capabilities and dedication to high standards in the food service sector.
We are currently seeking motivated team members who are eager to build and advance their careers in the food service industry. Joining our team means becoming part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will gain hands-on experience and receive continuous career and leadership development training. We value career advancement and are committed to supporting our employees through ongoing training programs that enhance professional growth and leadership skills.
This role offers a dynamic workplace with a rotating schedule that supports work-life balance, including closure on major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter. Employees enjoy free meals during shifts and, after completing one year, receive free uniforms. Our operational model is customer-focused without curbside or drive-thru services, fostering a more personalized in-store dining experience.
Our benefits package is competitive and comprehensive, including medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and well-being. We also provide life insurance coverage and a 401k retirement plan with matching contributions to help you plan for the future. Paid time off is available to encourage rest and rejuvenation.
If you are passionate about great food and exceptional customer experiences, and you seek a place where flavor truly gets its wings, we invite you to join our team. Be part of a company that values its people and offers substantial opportunities for career growth and success within the fast-growing Wingstop family. Currently, we are scheduling in-person interviews, so don’t miss your opportunity to get involved with the world of flavor!
