Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- food handler certification preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation
- flexibility to work scheduled weekend hours

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- prepare meals according to established recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
- assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely meal service
- monitor food quality and presentation
- support training and mentoring of new kitchen staff
