Job Requirements

must have relevant cooking experience in a food service environment
must be physically able to stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for extended periods
must be able to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds
must complete a food handler's certificate training
must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment physical examination
must complete a background check
open to all applicants with appropriate preference categories
no education substitution allowed

Job Qualifications

experience in food preparation and presentation in a grill, snack bar, restaurant, or similar setting
knowledge of food service equipment operation and cleaning
ability to follow oral and written instructions
ability to perform simple arithmetic
knowledge of food seasoning and cooking completion indicators
physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently
ability to complete required certifications such as a food handler's certificate
ability to pass a pre-employment physical and background check

Job Duties
