Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
  • clean, disinfect and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during high activity periods
