Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner
- Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time
