Job Duties

Ensure the prep station and kitchen are set up and stocked
Prepare dishes according to customer orders
Maintain a clean, organized station and follow prep lists accurately
Work efficiently during service while communicating clearly with the team
Uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and closing duties
