Job Duties
- work well in a fast-paced environment maintaining good working relationships with all employees
- possess strong leadership skills and maintain the willing cooperation of other peers

- follow company policies and procedures in handling, preparation, and serving of food items
- handle knives appropriately with a high degree of safety awareness
- wear food-handling gloves and cutting glove
- make independent decisions about food quality and food standards
- maintain a high level of personal hygiene and follow health department regulations set for back-of-house employees
- follow health department food handling regulations and other requirements
- wear proper uniform
- stand in one place for long periods of time
- work in a slightly smoky environment
- lift up to 70 pounds without assistance onto a utility cart
- communicate with front-of-house staff
- be on time for scheduled shift
