Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Prior culinary or kitchen work experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Commitment to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or culinary or chef experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
- Ability to follow recipes and company protocols accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
- Preparing a variety of food using different methods and tools
- Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting in inventory management and food preparation
- Supporting team members during high-volume service times
