Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Prior culinary or kitchen work experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Commitment to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or culinary or chef experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
  • Ability to follow recipes and company protocols accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • Preparing a variety of food using different methods and tools
  • Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Assisting in inventory management and food preparation
  • Supporting team members during high-volume service times
