Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • Preparing a variety of food with different methods of preparation and using a variety of kitchen tools and equipment
  • Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
