Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years culinary or related work experience
  • Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as deep fryer, broiler, stove, and others
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary school or culinary institute education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of culinary or related work experience
  • Advanced culinary knowledge expected
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, complete mis en place and set-up station for service
  • Start food items prepared ahead of time without exceeding estimated needs
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill
  • Date and rotate all food containers as per policies, maintain proper temperatures for perishables, check pars, determine preparation needs, manage food stock, and control food waste
  • Comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
