Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced line working all stations
  • Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working on a fast-paced line with all stations
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Basic Spanish communication skills a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for cooking and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of assigned cooking stations including setup, stocking, cooking, and presentation according to recipes
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients in all food preparation
  • Ensure proper recipe is displayed and adhered to during cooking process
  • Maintain food safety procedures and keep equipment, utensils, and work area clean and sanitized
  • Use personal protective equipment and follow safety guidelines to create a safe work environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cooking equipment including startup, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Report any product, equipment, or food safety concerns promptly
  • Provide guest-focused service and multi-task effectively
  • Communicate basic English and Spanish skills as a plus
  • Work as a passionate, humble, and gracious team player
  • Create a fun and positive work environment
