Job Requirements
- Ability to work the specified hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ServSafe Certificate from the National Restaurant Association upon hire
- Less than 1 year of food service/cooking related education and/or training
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items for patients/residents, meal service, staff, cafeteria, and special functions
- Meet standards established by appropriate leader for food preparation, quality, sanitation, and efficiency
- Deliver all products according to time schedule set for the specific item
- Make recommendations to leader for all menus
- Complete daily assigned cleaning in accordance with approved standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by utilizing the appropriate scripts developed for Food Services
- Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
