Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Current Washington State Food Handler's Card required
  • Serve-Safe certification preferred
  • Minimum two years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in team settings
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Provide restaurant-style dining while supporting use of whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products where economically possible
  • Order supplies and prepare food items according to department recipes and production standards
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Maintain cooler and freezer stocks to appropriate levels
  • Utilize culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented, high volume environment
  • Collaborate with team members to provide quality products and exceptional customer experiences
