- prior relevant cooking experience preferred
- basic English speaking and written communication skills
- able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- performs food preparation and cooking duties including meat, salad, appetizers, entrees, desserts
- ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available
- cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- chops vegetables and slices meats for meal preparation
- helps with storage of leftover food, washing dishes, cleaning, and emptying trash
- adheres to sanitary and safety standards
- assists with kitchen organization and inventory management
