Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols
  • reliable and punctual
  • good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
