Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • Ability to work safely with large culinary equipment including slicer, mixer, and food processors
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently
  • Ability to follow food safety, workplace safety, HACCP, and internal audit guidelines
  • Must be able to operate a mid-sized company delivery van/truck
  • Must adhere to dress code
  • Must attend all required meetings
  • Must work scheduled hours 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work with large volume culinary equipment
  • Familiarity with food safety and HACCP guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Clock in and out for workday and during breaks
  • Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
  • Utilize food preparation procedures following federal, state, and local guidelines
  • Apply basic cooking and prep techniques as required
  • Execute NetMenu recipe preparations as directed
  • Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to regulations
  • Notify management of any ingredient, equipment, or safety concerns
  • Attend all required meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
