Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving food service industry standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes according to seasonal menus
  • Operate state-of-the-art kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Provide exceptional service with a friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and guests
  • Execute dishes flawlessly and in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Participate actively in continuous learning and culinary skills development
