Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
- Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions
- Good communication skills
- Must pass background and reference checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist in the drive-thru and front counter service
- Prepare menu items accurately including KFC chicken and Taco Bell products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Provide outstanding customer service and actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members in daily operations and hold the team accountable to high standards
- Participate in training and development programs to improve role skills
