Job Requirements
- Minimum one year professional cooking experience or equivalent education
- Ability to work standing for up to eight hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly
- Must follow health, safety, and food safety protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during peak times
- Compliance with dress code
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- Basic knowledge of cooking and preparation techniques
- Ability to operate large volume culinary equipment safely
- Familiarity with food safety, HACCP, and internal audit guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Clock in and out for workday and breaks
- Provide the highest quality of service according to ISS Guckenheimer and client standards
- Utilize food preparation procedures meeting federal, state, and local guidelines
- Apply basic cooking and prep techniques as required
- Execute recipe preparation as directed by production sheets or chefs
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following ISS Guckenheimer and government regulations
- Notify management of any ingredient discrepancies, food or equipment safety issues
- Attend all daily meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
