Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Current Food Handler's Certificate
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager's Certification within 90 days
  • Ability to pass drug screening, job-related physical, TB test and background check

Job Duties

  • Prepare all meals for residents, guests and associates
  • Ensure meals are of the highest quality and seasonally prepared
  • Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas
  • Use POS systems for meal and inventory management
  • Work cooperatively with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and standards
  • Adapt to flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
