Job Duties

  • Operate in the kitchen or back of the house ensuring food is prepared safely and according to specifications
  • Parboil food reduce sauces and start initial cooking steps as needed
  • Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and complete
  • Follow recipes including measuring weighing and mixing ingredients
  • Bake grill steam boil fry and chop meat seafood fruits vegetables and grains
  • Present and garnish final dishes to be visually attractive
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
