Job Duties
- Operate in the kitchen or back of the house ensuring food is prepared safely and according to specifications
- Parboil food reduce sauces and start initial cooking steps as needed
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and complete
- Follow recipes including measuring weighing and mixing ingredients
- Bake grill steam boil fry and chop meat seafood fruits vegetables and grains
- Present and garnish final dishes to be visually attractive
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
