Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
able to stand for long periods and walk frequently
able to carry up to 60 pounds and push or pull up to 1000 pounds
able to operate stove, hot plates, oven, fryer, and slicer
able to slice, dice, and mince manually
knowledge of proper safety procedures
good observation skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience working with the public
knowledge of proper knife skills and sanitation practices
experience with different types of meats and fish
good communication skills
ability to follow directions and work independently
time management skills

Job Duties

Greet customers within ten feet and four seconds of contact
cook food items such as bentos, roast chicken, and fish
track food inventory and order from vendors
monitor food quality and conduct hourly temperature checks
keep workstation clean and organized
wash and sanitize dishes, tools, and area
perform related duties as assigned by manager
