Job Requirements

  • one year of professional cooking experience in a healthcare kitchen, restaurant, or catering
  • culinary education can substitute for one year of professional experience
  • ability to work 28 hours per week
  • flexibility to work Monday through Friday with varying shifts
  • availability to work every other weekend

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook, supply, and distribute food to various serving lines
  • clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and work areas
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • support meal preparation for high-volume food production
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • maintain inventory and kitchen cleanliness
