Job Requirements
- one year of professional cooking experience in a healthcare kitchen, restaurant, or catering
- culinary education can substitute for one year of professional experience
- ability to work 28 hours per week
- flexibility to work Monday through Friday with varying shifts
- availability to work every other weekend

Job Duties
- prepare, cook, supply, and distribute food to various serving lines
- clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and work areas
- perform other duties as assigned
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- support meal preparation for high-volume food production
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- maintain inventory and kitchen cleanliness
