Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and reservation software
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients including chopping, marinating, and portioning
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands and guest expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure flavor and presentation meet resort standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and specials, providing input on new dishes
- Assist with inventory management including receiving and storing food products and reporting any shortages
- Support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere
