Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • ability to work from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • compliance with dress code
  • adherence to health, safety, environment and quality policies
  • ability to follow federal, state and local food safety guidelines
  • willingness to participate in HSEQ training
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines
  • ability to operate large culinary equipment safely

Job Duties

  • Clock in and out for workday and breaks
  • always provide the highest quality of service according to ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
  • utilize food preparation procedures in compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  • apply basic cooking and prep techniques as assigned
  • execute NetMenu recipe preparation as directed
  • clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following company and regulatory guidelines
  • notify management of ingredient discrepancies, food or equipment safety issues or other concerns
  • attend all scheduled meetings
  • perform other assigned duties
