Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
Two to five years of experience on a fast-paced line cooking all stations
Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
Basic English or Spanish communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workstation

Job Duties

Set up and stock assigned cooking stations
Cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
Use only fresh, high-quality ingredients in preparation
Display proper recipe on the monitor during cooking
Follow recipe adherence strictly
Maintain food safety and sanitation
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and tools
Use personal protective equipment appropriately
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Alert chef team of any product, equipment, or food safety concerns
Demonstrate basic English or Spanish communication skills
Build trusting and respectful relationships
Multi-task and stay guest focused
Create a fun and supportive environment
