Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of related food preparation experience or equivalent training
Food Handler certification or equivalent food safety certification
Certification must be obtained within one week of hire and maintained continuously
Ability to work full-time day shifts
Ability to follow health and safety regulations and protocols
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of related food preparation experience preferred
Basic technical food preparation training
Food Handler certification required
Ability to maintain food safety standards
Teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Duties

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner as assigned by Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or First Cook
Perform necessary prep work to complete meals on daily basis and next day's production needs
Maintain organization and sanitation of work areas
Follow food safety and health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meal quality and efficiency
Stock and store ingredients properly
Assist in inventory management and reporting
