Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • three years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting
  • ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English sufficiently
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • servsafe certification or equivalent preferred
  • availability to work full-time or part-time shifts including weekends and rotating holidays
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • review menus and production sheets to plan cooking schedules
  • ensure meals are ready at specified times
  • follow standardized recipes to maintain product consistency
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • assist with catering events and special food service functions
